What requirements you'll need to be eligible

Requirements:
* Degree or Professional Diploma in Human Resource Management or related disciplines
* At least 8 years of relevant HR experience, 3 years on managerial level
* Experience in partnership with Management to drive Business Strategy to achieve Business Goals.
* Strong knowledge of Employment Act & Manpower regulations, development of policies & procedures, compensation & benefits, performance management, people development
* High integrity, strong belief & value, independent, initiative, resourceful and meticulous.
* Excellent in management skill, strategic & analytical thinking & problem solving
* Excellent interpersonal skills and possess strong leadership skills
* Good command of spoken and written English

What you'll be doing on the job

Responsibilities:


* As a Business Partner, ensure all HR strategic decisions align with company's objectives.
* Manage full spectrum of human resources from recruitment & selection, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management, employee welfare, training, and development to payroll management
* Manage General Support (Facility & IT)

* Cordlife masih accept candidate from other industry (more corporate background)
* Bersedia untuk ``hands-on'' terhadap pekerjaan
* Memiliki pengalaman dalam Organizational Development; eg. memahami ``Why'' dari Corporate's Value
* Other than HR, akan handle General Support, sehingga lebih disukai jika memiliki background K3 & HSE (management risk, audit risk) Jika tidak ada, handling general support experience would be an advance
* Akan handle IT Team (hanya mengawasi untuk performance review, attendance, dan monitoring pekerjaan secara sederhana, karena IT report langsung kepada IT Group)
