Job Description:
1. Manage compensation and benefits programs.
2. Coordinate recruitment activities and onboarding processes.
3. Assist in OD initiatives and training programs.
4. Provide HR support, handle employee relations, and maintain HR records.
5. Ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
6. Participate in HR projects and collaborate with teams.
7. Analyze HR data and prepare reports.
