What requirements you'll need to be eligible
  • 4+ years experience (or equivalent) in project management, strategy/business operations roles, with a track record of successfully delivering on initiatives and achieving positive feedback.
  • Goal oriented and data driven: Experience defining OKRs and performing data analysis to make product and strategic decisions and measure outcomes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Proven ability to anticipate needs and proactively address issues.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all work
What you'll be doing on the job
  • Develop the company's long term strategic vision and translate the vision to OKRs.
  • Support OKRs’ execution through plans, updates, and strategic decisions for organization alignment.
  • Act as a PMO for the company's top priority initiatives and special projects.
  • Provide analytical and operational support to key functions and business processes.
  • Prepare periodic reports and independent analyses for C-levels and other department leads.
  • Support the creation of stakeholder and investor communications (e.g., presentation materials, analyses, and slide decks).
