Who you'll be working for

What requirements you'll need to be eligible

• Bachelor degree preferably in Finance or Economics
• 3+ years experience in performing similar role, preferably in an Indonesian crypto exchange but if not in ALM/Trading desk of financial institutions (banks / securities /
  insurance)
• Passionate in crypto, strong analytical and communication skills

What you'll be doing on the job

• Manage daily crypto trading operations and workflows, including order book, trade positions, daily reconciliations
• Monitor crypto positions held by and liaise with Market Maker and exchange counterparts
• Assist in evaluating P&L calculations for settlement with counterparts
• Setting up , monitor and evaluate KPI for Market Maker counterparts
• Monitor and ensure effective utilization of company’s fund on market making or other potential revenue generating activities
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve our crypto trading operations
• Work closely with other functions such as Marketing, BD, Finance and Compliance on a daily basis
• Collaborate with Compliance and Operations team to support counterparty onboarding process
• Client Management & Reporting: Provide ongoing feedback to Management in the form of regular (weekly / monthly) reports and written suggestions and corrective actions.
• Commercial Support & Payment: To support the commercial efforts and negotiations with MM and Exchange counterparts as well as process payments to 3rd parties if any.
