What requirements you'll need to be eligible

1. Preparing draft and review the company's contracts, letter of agreements, and other documents related to Legal needs and ensure the contract is accordance with business goals and compliance guidelines. maintain the documentation database, and liaise with other divisions with regard to contracts preparation and contracts execution.
2. Manage the validity of all company's licenses and permit and ensure that all licenses and permit required for the company's commercial, and operational aspects are obtained as per prevailing laws and regulations.
3. Directly liaise with external parties, government institutions or any other relevant regulators.
4. Developing and implementing legal & risk management strategies, and through the collaboration with other functions provide strategic legal insight, potential risk exposure, and mitigation plans of any significant legal and regulatory developments to the management.

What you'll be doing on the job

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Legal Compliance Assistant Manager or in a similar legal and compliance role.
2. Solid understanding of local laws and regulations relevant to the industry and proven experience liaising with local regulatory institutions.
3. Proficiency in legal drafting and the ability to provide clear and accurate legal opinions.
4. Proficient in English, both verbal and written.
5. Computer literate with experience in legal and compliance software applications.
6. Multitasking individual as well as team player
7. Able to work towards deadline with right sense of urgency and able to work overtime if necessary.
8. Attention to details.
9. Proactive with good problem-solving skills, resourceful and able to communicate effectively at all levels.
10. Possess good interpersonal skills.
