What requirements you'll need to be eligible
  • Post-graduate degree and 10 years of closely related work experience minimum in marketing and operation in a professional organization preferably an education institution, and/or other relevant professional experiences
  • Excellent both verbal and written in English and Indonesia, knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage
  • Communication - able to effectively communicate in a professional and tactful manner using preferred method and level, orally and in written form
  • Organization, Time Management, and Multi-Task
  • Able to join immediately
  • Placement in Bali
What you'll be doing on the job
  • Set up the operation to run campus programs and operation (build business process, SOP, setup monitoring, and evaluation framework and dashboard for programs and campus operation).
  • Ensuring all campus programs run well operationally. Clients and participants get excellent experience
  • Managing day-to-day operation in campus, and ensuring all campus operations are carried on in an appropriate and cost-effective way
  • Find ways to increase quality of programs and campus operation
  • To lead a team alongside with coaching them
